Our own signature “ NO PAIN NO GAIN” Deep tissue massage features in most forms of massage to some degree, including: Thai Traditional massage, Swedish massage, Sport massage and Lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage slower and firmer strokes and pressure to ease and release tension deep in your muscles - deep finger pressure that concentrates on particular areas, and follows or goes across the fibres of muscles and tendons with hot oil to combine with body stretching like Yoga to increase flexibility, relieve muscular and joint tension. Deep tissue massage is a particularly effective massage for people with muscular pain.

Thai foot massage uses the ancient art of Thai reflexology to provide an enjoyable, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience that heals the mind, body, and soul. Thai foot massage techniques detoxify and purify the body, helping relieve stress and tension, decrease fatigue, foster good health and mental serenity, and restore balance. During a Thai foot massage, also known as Thai foot reflexology, pressure is applies to specific areas of the soles of the feet. In turn, a reflex reaction occurs in another part of the body, which is stimulated by the manipulation of a specific part of the foot.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the treatment area. Out of consideration for other guests, smartphones and cameras may not be used in the entire area.
As a courtesy to all our clients, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Treatments that start late due to late arrival time will finish at the appointed time so that other clients are not inconvenienced.
We have plenty of therapist in our team. Please advise us of any preferences when you book your treatment and let us know if you would like to book a specific therapist for your treatment. We will try to accommodate your preferences.
If you have any concerns regarding your health, body and medical condition, please contact our team first before booking online as we would prefer to speak to you personally. We will then advise the most appropriate treatment to suit your condition.
If you are or suspect you are pregnant please call our team first before booking online. We will advise the most appropriate treatment based on what stage in your pregnancy you are at.
We offer treatment and welcome young clients. Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed massage plan to be performed.
If you wish to cancel or change an appointment for personal reasons, please let us know 2 hours in advance otherwise, we will have to charge you 100% of the price of the booked treatment.
Please dress down to your own, personal comfort level, we will work around whatever you decide.
